New publication out!

The new paper, "Programmable and Dynamic DNA Localisation at Synthetic Cell Membranes".

In this publication, they proposes a strategy for the spatiotemporal resolution of signals coupling in-situ RNA synthesis to DNA membrane-bound linkers to localize cargos dynamically in GUV. The system was particularly challenging to engineer due to many undesirable interactions between transcription machinery and nucleic acids.

The work was lead by Chelsea Dack, with the collaboration of our DC Bingkun Li and the leadership of our PI Michael Booth.
